Perpetual Awards

The Potlatch Trophy

PNWR began its tradition of perpetual awards in 1987 with the creation of the Potlatch Award. This trophy is awarded to the member who is the high scorer in one or more multi-regional events such as Parade, Whistler Weekend, etc.

The Roger L. Ellingson Perpetual Porsche Pusher Award

This was created in 1985 on the occasion of the Region's 25th anniversary. It uses the large pewter plate signed by Ferry Porsche that was presented to PNWR by Porsche AG. It is awarded annually to a member who has, over the years, made significant contributions to our region success through their many hours of participation and leadership. The award was renamed to honor long-time PNWR club member Roger Ellingson, who devoted over 50 years to our club.
